Awards received for WIN of Central Arkansas' community efforts to better the lives of women include the Goodwill Industries of Arkansas Business/Community Partner of the Year and the Bryant Chamber of Commerce 2013 Organization of the Year.

Holly Fish also received an award in 2010 entitled the Women in Business Champion of the Year issued by the US Small Business Administration.

Women In Networking is a great vehicle to get your business or personal message out in the market place and brainstorm with a dynamic group of professional and connected women! Empowering women for greater success through innovation and motivation is always the number one goal. WIN thrives to push the envelope, open minds, and advocate change. The WIN Dressed Up Career Closet is located inside of the Goodwill of Bryant in the back of the store past the education center, ask a Goodwill staff person to assist you and be sure to contact us for a tax voucher if you donate items to the closet. As always, WIN is the vehicle, but the members are the lifeblood and WIN would not be possible without the support of each and every one of our valued members.

Holly Fish is Founder and Chairman of WIN- Women In Networking of Central Arkansas, which has now been in existence for over 10 years. Holly is the Director of Marketing and Client Services for EGP, PLLC Certified Public Accountants and Consultants,, and in 2010 was awarded Women In Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration for accomplishments of Women In Networking, was voted one of the Top Most Powerful Women in Arkansas for the impact she’s had with women’s leadership via volunteerism by AY Magazine in 2014, Vice President of the ADC - Argenta Downtown Council, Co-Founder of C4C (Communites4Cause.Org) and Vice Chair to the first Arkansas Women’s Hall of Fame Museum..  To be added to WIN of Pulaski County, please SUBSCRIBE HERE

Dianne Jester, Founder of Career Closet & Saline & Garland Counties Director

Dianne Jester is Director of WIN Saline County and Garland County. Dianne is the Vice President of Business Development for Bank of the Ozarks in Saline and Garland counties, Vice President Business Development for South Central Division, selected as one of the top 16 in 2016 by Lifestyles Magazine because of the career closet, and also elected as the 2016 President of the Hot Springs Village Chamber, and 2016 Board Member of the Bryant Chamber of Commerce. Dianne brings a ton of energy and knowledge of the Saline/Garland area.   Both Dianne and Kathy have worked hard and witnessed the Saline and Garland WIN chapters explode in the past year and with that brings a lot excitement!  Part of the excitement was the partnership WIN of Saline formed with Goodwill Industries of Bryant and together they built the WIN Dress Up program which is a donated career closet just for women in need going through the Goodwill Educational Jobs program. We are always in need of your donated business clothing and accessories for men and women. Kathy Pannell, Saline County Director of Member Services

Kathy Pannell is Assistant Vice President of the Bank of the Ozarks Bryant location and the Member Services Directors for WIN of Saline County.  Kathy is the organizer and glue that holds WIN together.  She spends countless hours alongside Dianne Jester on the Goodwill Industries of Arkansas and WIN of Central Arkansas Career Closet, which assists women (and men) in the area who need professional clothing. To be added to WIN of Saline County, contact Kathy at 

Michelle Dutasaca, Lonoke County Director

Michelle Durasaca is the Director of WIN of Lonoke County. Michelle currently serves her community as a Realtor with Michele Phillips & Company, Realtors at the Cabot office location. She is also a committee member of Hand & Voices, an organization to assist families with Deaf/Hard of Hearing children. She has served a parent speaker for EHDI and as a mentor for newly diagnosed families through The Care Project & Arkansas Children’s Hospital retreat. Michelle is the founder of D.E.A.F. Key Project which works in collaboration with Arkansas School for the Deaf to create a children’s American Sign Language bi-lingual Storybook Hour. The What

Over the years Women In Networking of Central Arkansas has received awards and recognition for positive change and social efforts in the community.  

In 2014, Founder and Chairman of WIN of Central Arkansas, Holly Fish, was voted by her peers as the Top 12 Most Powerful Women in Arkansas for Volunteerism.  Subsequently, AY magazine featured Holly in their 2014 Powerful Women  section - opposite page.

Director of Saline and Garland counties WIN of Central Arkansas groups, Dianne Jester and Member Services Director of Saline County, Kathy Pannell, have worked tirelessly on the partnership with Goodwill on the Dress- Up Career Closet program.  The Career Closet is located inside the Bryant Goodwill

WIN - Women In Networking was born in NWA and is still the largest independent women's networking group in the state. Holly Fish was one of the original board members of WIN in NWA, saw a need and developed WIN - Women In Networking of Central Arkansas when she relocated to Little Rock. The group centers topics and discussions around the challenges facing women in business, as well as life/work balance, and are proud of its diverse and unique culture. The Central Arkansas chapter hosts four luncheon networking meetings each month for its members in Pulaski, Saline, Garland, and Lonoke  counties. There is no membership fee to join and all are welcome. 

WIN is committed to supporting women through various capacities including our WIN Dress Up - Career Closet boutique located inside the Bryant Goodwill location. Our Directors work tirelessly to provide women of all backgrounds the opportunity to realize her goals of entering into the workplace by providing head-to-toe attire suitable for interviews and new careers completely free of charge.   Our members' donations keep this outreach effort thriving.
