WHY ADVERTISE WITH US
WOMEN IN NETWORKING OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS is an effective venue for illuminating your business. Our targeted marketing is dedicated to helping you get results with minimal investment. We offer a range of advertising options to suit your needs and your pocketbook.
TYPES OF ADVERTISEMENTS
Standard Ad - This option is for a typical standard magazine ad displaying your choice of information and images.
Advertorial - This option is for an ad that is in the form of editorial content and will be photographed and written by the Women In Networking magazine staff as a profile of the individual purchasing the advertorial. All advertorials are full-page in size. Please refer to pricing for a full-page ad for this option.
HOW MUCH ARE ADS?
Please download Ad Form found at the bottom left of this page. Click button that says, "Download Ad Form."
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STANDARD AD AND AN ADVERTORIAL?
Please refer to the definitions given in the left-hand column under the title, "TYPES OF ADVERTISEMENTS." For examples, please open the digital publication above to find out which ad might be right for you.
WHY CAN'T I SUBMIT A PHOTO I ALREADY HAVE FOR MY ADVERTORIAL?
The reason why we prefer to use our own photography is largely in part due to fear of copyright infringement. We use our own photographers to protect the magazine legally. In addition, many times image submissions are not high resolution images, which is the only type of images we will use to print. Low resolution images print blurry, therefore making your ad not the best it can be.
Furthermore, each issue will have its own look and feel. We may decide to shoot one issue of advertorials all in black and white or we may choose to shoot each advertorial subject, each in their own working environment. For this reason and for the cohesion of the magazine, we prefer to use our own photographers. Everyone needs to update their professional shots anyway, so take advantage of this service and have fun with it!
WHERE AND HOW IS WIN MAGAZINE BEING DISTRIBUTED?
Great question! Once we receive the print editions of the magazine, they are distributed equally between all four WIN Chapter Directors. It is at each Chapter Directors' discretion as to how and where their issues are placed. Please ask your Chapter Director (contact information found on the Contact page) where they distribute their copies.
CAN YOU CREATE MY STANDARD AD FOR ME?
We prefer you submit your own artwork according to the specifications found in the Ad Form, however if you simply do not have the ability to create your own artwork, we will create it for you for a nominal fee. Please see the Ad Form for artwork fee amount.
WIN members may choose inclusion into the magazine through our Directory offer. The Directory is located in the back of the magazine and is categorized into sections based on "job fields." For more information about how to purchase this financial-friendly option, please download the Directory Form below.
