Central Arkansas Chapter

The Central Arkansas chapter hosts four luncheon networking meetings each month for it's members in Pulaski, Saline and Garland counties. There is no membership fee to join and all are welcome.

Holly attributes the growth to the style of each director over the WIN chapters. Holly is the Director of Human Resources, Marketing and Client Services for EGP, PLLC Certified Public Accountants and Consultantsand in 2010 was awarded Women In Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration for accomplishments of Women In Networking and was voted one of the Top Most Powerful Women in Arkansas for the impact she’s had with women’s leadership via volunteerism by AY Magazine in 2014. WIN has also been instrumental in bringing the first Arkansas Women’s Hall of Fame which she is currently Chairwoman as well as Chairman to the Argenta Downtown Council.

Dianne Jester

Director of WIN, Saline & Garland Counties

Dianne is the Vice President of Business Development for Bank of the Ozarks in Saline and Garland counties. Dianne brings a ton of energy and knowledge of the Saline/Garland area.

Kathy Pannell

Member Services Director for WIN of Saline County

Kathy is Assistant Vice President of the Bank of the Ozarks Bryant location. Both Dianne and Kathy have worked hard and witnessed the Saline and Garland WIN chapters explode in the past year and with that brings a lot excitement! Part of the excitement was the partnership WIN of Saline formed with Goodwill Industries of Bryant and together they built the WIN Dress Up program which is a donated career closet just for women in need going through the Goodwill Educational Jobs program. WIN of Saline was awarded Goodwill’s Partner of the Year in 2013, huge accomplishment.
